Description
We designed our high quality yet economical model PSS 200 pulleys as a replacement for original stamped steel pulleys. These pulleys are frequently found in mid 20th century single-glazed residential windows.
Like the originals, we’ve made the pulleys of zinc plated steel. The round bottom sheave is intended to be used with #8 sash cord, for example Samson Red Spot. Sash chain is not recommended. Like the originals, serrated “fins” at the top and bottom of the housing are designed to “dig-in” and secure the pulley where they are mortised through the jamb.
The pulleys are available individually and in 20 piece cases.

These stamped pulleys fit and function just as the originals found in many older residential homes. In the past we relied on salvaged hardware which can be hard to source and often need to be cleaned. When you factor these thinks into cost, buying your reproduction pulleys is our best option.

This is a hidden secret. Most places will tell you these pulleys are discontinued. But at SRS these are perfect. They fit and work great. I have installed many of these pulleys from SRS and have no complaints. Thank you for making these.
