We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order. SRS Hardware offers the option to create an account so you may keep addresses and previous orders on record. This account is only for your convenience and is not shared with or sold to third parties. You may use the site, access its features and place an order without creating an account.

How We Use Cookies:
SRS Hardware uses “cookies” only to track your current shopping session to help retrieve your optional account and allow you to access your shopping cart at any time. If you implement a Do Not Track (DNT) mechanism, we honor that mechanism and do not track or plant cookies. Return Policy

SRS Hardware strives to sell hardware that suits your window project. We will answer your questions and work to resolve any issues with your purchase. In the rare case, your hardware does not suit, we accept returns within 60 days of purchase. Hardware must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Email jsmith@srshardware.com for a return authorization. Please be aware, that we charge a 20% restocking fee to cover the costs of receiving, inspecting and inventorying returned stock.
