Our SLC 40 recessed type sash lift is exceptionally well made out of forged brass. The edges of the faceplate are carefully chamfered for a neat appearance. The lift is secured to the sash with two discreetly located slotted wood screws in crisply countersunk holes for an uninterrupted surface finish. Available in five finishes: Lacquered Brass, Unlacquered Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Polished Nickel and Satin Nickel to match our pulleys, sash locks and stop bead adjusters.

First-rate lifts!
My first floor windows are large and these lifts are a bit wider than others I have found. When they arrived I was happy to see that they were heavy and solid with an excellent finish. The setting screws matched perfectly. Once installed, they looked great in the wide lower rail and were comfortable to use.
